3. Precautions for installation and use
Before installing and using this terminal, check if the terminal is intact. The defect of the parts will cause harm to users and others, and it is strictly prohibited to use the terminal parts when they are damaged.
When installing and using this terminal, the gas used can only be medical gas, and the pressure cannot exceed the working pressure.
The installation of this terminal does not allow the use of grease like items. If cleaning and leak detection are required, household neutral detergents can be used for leak testing or cleaning. Do not use any organic solvents, synthetic fats, chemical reagents or other oily or non neutral liquids for leak testing or cleaning. These fatty substances and oxygen can cause combustion or accelerate intense combustion or explosion.
When installing this terminal, debris should be prevented from entering the pipeline system. During welding, attention should be paid to cooling the intake pipe to avoid damage to the terminal socket caused by high welding temperatures. Due to the oxidation of copper during welding and the generation of harmful substances, gas shielded welding should be used during welding.
After the installation is completed, oil free air or nitrogen should be used for blowing to eliminate the exhaust gas in the pipe.
When using this terminal, open flames are strictly prohibited. After encountering oxygen, an open flame can accelerate combustion or explode, posing a fire hazard.
