Q2: Do you have any factory audits?

A2: Yes, now we have passed  ISO13485, FDA,CE etc.

Q3: How is the quality of your factory?

A3: We have strict process control system for raw material control, process control and finished product quality. The finished products and products will be inspected in the production line before packaging.

Q1: Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A1: Yes, we have strong developing team and R & D team to support OEM and ODM service. The products can be made according to your request.

Q2: What 's your OEM / ODM MOQ?

A2: For our first cooperation, your small order is acceptable, but the price is a little highly, you know, the price is based on quantity.

Q3: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?

A3: The stock sample 2-3 days, making sample 5 ~ 7 days after received your sample fee. The production lead time is about 7-10 days based on MOQ.

Q4: What 's your payment terms?

A4: 30% deposit, and balance against the copy of BL or LC at sight. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5: What's your quality guarantee period?

A5: 1 Years from shipment.

A6: We have a large inventory of our products, accept reservations, and the quantity is limited, first come first serve.
